Strengths: His knack for taking the lead in any situation, His Caring nature for all of his family, His charming way of dealing with others, also his not so charming way of dealing with others.
Weaknesses: His fear of spiders, His short temper, his small patience with most....if not all people most of the time.

Personality:he is a kind and caring man, always smiling. In his mind, family is first and foremost and no one can argue this point, at all truth be told because he will shoot you. He also has a bit of a short temper if provoked of course, he may show that he is level headed in the office but if you manage to get on this mans bad side.....or call him Boss Wang (whatever you do DON'T CALL HIM THAT!!!!). But in all honesty the man is first and foremost about his family, he would do anything for them, and would die to defend them if needed. /b]

[b]History:The son of one of the most powerful mob bosses, Yao Wang learns from his father at a very early age that yes, money and power has to be earned by hard work.....and in most cases by breaking a couple of legs, nose give or take that. he always followed his father along on most of his jobs with his men, needless then he had watched many a thing his father did to get his point across, and earn respect. Yao still remembers the words his father told him one day after a particular day at work "你看到在一個男人的眼睛中的擔心時，你將知道真正的尊敬"...which of course in english it means"When you see the fear in a man's eyes, then you will know true respect". He kept that saying to heart from that day on, even after his father died when the boy turned 18....and the day he went from heir, to boss at such a young. At first, he did not do too good of a job trying to keep the day job (His fathers fortune cookie company.....no, really no kidding) and the "buisness" seperate....needless to say, after a couple of run ins with the local police, as well as the feds, he had to do a bit of cleaning house, and reworking exactly how "the family buisness" was ran....no more under the table dealings unless they were ran by Yao, no talking to owners of the buisnesses unless Yao was there......

Roleplay Sample: Yao sat back into his office his eyes shut as he sat in the solitude of his office. There in that office, was nothing more than complete silence. He sat there thinking back to everything that happened to him before he got to the position that he is in right now, what it took to get there, all the bumps, bruses, bulletwounds, and sword scars it took to get him to this point. Who he had to kill to get to sit in that seat, his father sat in many a time.....He then slowly started to smirk to himself, then nodding as he let out a small chuckle as he snapped out of his train of thought by a knock at the door. He slowly opened his eyes as he sat up straight, looking as professional as he could. "Come in, aru....."
